"When our large deck shade near downtown Austin was custom fabricated in 2015 by Hill Country Awnings, we were pleased with the design, construction and quality. It held up well until this past February's ice and snow storm. It was not damaged by the wind and extreme cold, but when the snow began to melt, a seam in the fabric couldn't handle the incredible weight of the wet snow that slid off the roof of our house onto the awning. The awning's tubular frame wasn't damaged at all. When we asked Hill Country Awnings to replace the fabric, they did another great job. Their installation crew was always on time, professional and respectful. 5 stars! . "

From the initial contact, problem diagnosis and the installation of new electronics to fix the issue, all team members were responsive, knew their business and provided options to correct the problem and completed their work timely and professionally. "I am so pleased with the purchase and installation of my shades, not only do they provide privacy for the patio area, it has reduced the temperature of the patio as well as the house. I can feel the difference in the house and the AC has been running less than it used to. I was really impressed with Shane and team that came out to install, they were efficient, professional and did such an amazing job. The shades are very versatile as well, I have the ability to make the area an outside screen room, or pick and choose which shades I want closed. I am so impressed with the quality of the shades, they look so clean and I am confident that I will start seeing the benefits of the shades on my energy bill. I highly recommend Hill Country Shades of Texas, I had a great experience!"
